A recent project was undertaken at the Ogbele Oil and Gas Field focusing on the efficient and safe loading and discharging of petroleum products. The scope included upgrading existing facilities and optimizing operational procedures to enhance the transfer of crude oil and refined products between storage tanks, vessels, and transportation units.

Inspection and maintenance of loading arms, pumps, and flow meters. Installation of enhanced safety systems including emergency shut-off valves and leak detection equipment. Training of personnel on updated standard operating procedures (SOPs) and HSE compliance. The project improved turnaround time for product handling, minimized spillage risks, and ensured full compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
